Kevin founded MRP in 2002 with Jim Regan. After years of successful growth in the US market, Kevin led the First Derivatives, PLC acquisition of MRP in 2008. Shortly after joining First Derivatives, Kevin was instrumental in establishing MRP’s presence in the European market. The Belfast office of MRP was launched in 2010 with less than 20 employees and has grown to more than 100 in the past three years. This presence has expanded MRP’s reach to include Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia.
In addition to his role as CEO, Kevin serves on the board of Executive Management for First Derivatives. Since 2007, he has also served on the Board of Trustees of Settlement Music School, the largest community school of the arts in the United States.
Prior to founding MRP, Kevin held several sales and consulting positions with technology companies now owned by Infor and Micros. Kevin began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and earned his CPA license in 1997. Kevin enjoys music, cycling and traveling.
Jim, overseeing LATAM, founded MRP with Kevin Cunningham in 2002. As the CMO, Jim is responsible for keeping MRP on the cutting edge of marketing services and works on the architecture and execution of MRP’s internal marketing efforts. Jim also oversees the management of MRP’s growing team internal marketing managers, marketing coordinators, and account executives, coaching, training, and constantly challenging the team to excel.
Jim earned a degree in marketing from LaSalle University. Prior to founding MRP, he worked as the Director of Marketing for an internet-based startup and began his career in sales for Merck in New York City.
Jim enjoys traveling with his family, spending time at the Jersey shore, and is a committed yogi.
Jack, overseeing EMEA-R, joined MRP in 2003. As financial officer, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Finance Department while also working closely with MRP’s parent company, First Derivatives, on corporate-level priorities. He also oversees the operations of MRP’s cross-product delivery teams and the organization’s client communications.
Jack earned his MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. Prior to this he spent seven years at Johnson & Johnson where he held roles in finance, marketing, and business development. Jack was recognized as a Visionary Leader by J&J Senior Management for his contributions to the company and his success in forging strategic alliances to support high potential products.
Jack graduated from La Salle University with a bachelor of science in finance and accounting. Outside of the office, he remains active with his alma mater, along with a number of organizations committed to the betterment of Ireland.
As Chief Information Officer at Market Resource Partners, Romano oversees the organization’s infrastructure, system, data science and sales operations teams. He is responsible for developing and directing the firm’s overall IT Strategy, and works closely with senior management team to align the company’s data, systems, policies and procedures with the needs of MRP and its clients. He has been with MRP since 2007.
Prior to joining MRP, Romano spent 4 years as the Director of Compliance and Validation for Business & Decision in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for ERP Systems Validation, development and implementation of FDA and SOX compliance methodologies, and the development of tools for the company’s Life Sciences Validation library.
Romano has also held key technology positions in infrastructure, compliance, and security at both AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Price-Waterhouse Coopers. Romano holds degrees in both Computer Science and Accounting from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA). In his spare time, Romano is an avid mountain biker and surfer.
Sam leads MRP’s global human resources and recruiting operations. Since coming on board in May 2011, he has helped manage the company’s rapid growth in both Belfast and Philadelphia, and is responsible for developing effective career development programs aimed at employee reward and retention.
Prior to joining MRP, Sam was deputy labor counsel at Dow Jones. Before that, he was a senior associate in the Labor & Employment practice group at Ballard Spahr, based in Philadelphia. He began his career in the law in San Diego where he was an associate at King & Ballow, specializing in labor and employment law.
Sam holds a juris doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a bachelor of arts from Johns Hopkins University. He is admitted to the bars of California, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management.
In his role as VP of Finance, Kevin is responsible for the financial operations of MRP, providing key operational reporting, both internally and externally, managing MRP’s budgets and forecasts, and providing overall leadership for the Company.
Before joining MRP, Kevin worked in both public and private accounting. As an auditor and tax accountant for CBIZ – Halbert, Katz & Co., Philadelphia, Kevin performed audits and tax consulting for clients in various industries. From there, Kevin became Assistant Controller of a major manufacturing company based in Wilmington, DE, where he was responsible for all daily transactions, budgeting, and compliance preparation.
Kevin studied Finance at The Wharton School of Business.
Jaime is currently Vice President of Delta Interactive, responsible for developing our global demand generation campaigns, executing client programs, as well as sales and revenue growth. Jaime has built and executed online and offline marketing strategies and worked across multiple industries and markets including trade shows and events, IT, finance tech, and local marketing. Jaime has earned his BS and MBA in Marketing and was elected to the National Marketing Honor Society.
Jaime comes to MRP through the acquisition of enter:marketing where he led the delivery and marketing function for the agency. Prior to enter:marketing, Jaime served as the VP of Marketing for LocalVox, a local online marketing SaaS company and VP of Marketing for Axial, an online marketplace for the private capital markets where Jaime built the marketing organization from the ground up, focused mostly on content marketing, but including a broad range of marketing channels including in-house events, channel partnerships, PR, and trade shows.
Devon has been with MRP for nine years, managing various teams and processes in throughout her tenure. For the past five years, Devon has been part of the client services team, working with some of the world’s largest technology companies.
In her role as Vice President, Account Development of North America, Devon is responsible for managing many of MRP’s key client relationships. She has managed campaigns in the US, EMEA, and Latin America. Devon works one-on-one with clients to help them run effective results-driven campaigns. She is skilled in creating and executing marketing plans, along with managing an internal team of client facing resources.
In her spare time Devon is an avid cyclist. She graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Kristin has been with MRP since 2004. In her current role as vice president of account development, Kristin oversees all sales and new business development at MRP as well as the US Business Development Executive team. She leads her team to engage with MRP’s current clients on new projects and recommend marketing strategies designed to generate short term and long term sales pipeline. She has successfully diversified MRP’s business within top technology companies such as Cisco, IBM, EMC, NetApp, HP, Oracle, and Avnet.
Prior to joining MRP, Kristin worked for Citigroup in Los Angeles as an asset team manager within the company’s customer care network, where she headed a team of collections associates.
Kristin earned a BS in Business from Indiana University in Bloomington with a double major in Operations Management and Marketing. Outside of work, Kristin holds a real estate license. She cycles and runs and has participated in several triathlons with her fellow MRPers, besting her bigger, huskier male colleagues.
Mike Kelly focuses on driving the success of MRP’s intent-data software business. His role involves sales and product marketing, product creation, and partnerships that help drive the group. He works closely with executive leadership to leverage the Prelytix product as well as drive other areas of revenue throughout MRP/First Derivatives Corp.
Before co-founding Prelytix with Marc Laplante, he served as Vice President of the Storage and Channel media outlets at TechTarget (Nasdaq: TTGT) for five years where he ran sales, marketing, product marketing, custom content, and the editorial direction. As employee number 9, Mike drove the high growth organization through funding rounds and an IPO in 2007.
When not working, Mike enjoys coaching youth league sports.
Marc Laplante is responsible for the success of MRP’s intent-software business. Day to day, he drives revenue, product creation and customer service. His in-depth industry knowledge and experience was key to the successful launch of Prelytix, which he co-founded with Mike Kelly.
Before Prelytix, Marc served as Vice President of the Data Center and CIO media outlets at TechTarget (Nasdaq: TTGT) for five years. In that capacity he ran sales, marketing, product marketing, custom content and the editorial direction. As employee number 15, he was an integral sales figure that drove the high growth organization through funding rounds and an IPO in 2007.
Outside of work, Marc coaches youth basketball, softball and baseball, and he sits on several youth athletic boards.
In her role as VP of client services, Betsy is responsible for the execution and delivery of the MRP North American campaigns. She works closely with clients to map out strategies for the successful implementation of their programs, and manages the organization’s client services team to ensure timely and effective execution of these strategies. As part of her responsibilities in this role, Betsy conducts on-going training for the junior members of the organization to prepare them for their future roles at MRP. In addition to the client services teams, Betsy manages the team responsible for the quality of the MRP product, to ensure on-going client satisfaction.
Before joining MRP, Betsy was director of marketing at Prescient Applied Intelligence, a provider of supply chain planning software. She was responsible for all corporate communications, collateral development, website content, public relations, and analyst relationships.
Betsy has also held positions in the alliance organization at both Oracle Corporation, as the global account manager for the SAP relationship; and Siebel Systems as a group manager for the consumer goods and retail industry organizations.
Betsy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Edinboro University. She runs, reads, and knits, and is slowly learning to play the guitar.
In his role as Vice President of EMEA & APJC, Ajay is responsible for managing the overall revenue and growth for the 30+ countries that reside in the EMEA & APJC territories’. Ajay joined MRP in 2011 and led the Expansion of the EMEA Region, in the subsequent years he then led the global expansions with a new office in Dubai and our presence in APJC.
With 14 years’ experience in the technology industry Ajay excelled in enterprise sales for Global Technology Giants Oracle and Hewlett Packard. He began his career at Hewlett-Packard as an HP Alliance Manager where he was responsible for the Overall HP Northern Ireland Alliance Business branch. In 2008 Ajay moved on to an Enterprise technology sales role at Oracle where he continuously achieved 100%+ of his target sales goal.
Ajay Graduated with a BSC Hons Degree in Business Management and Computer Science from Trinity College and the University of Ulster.
Joe joined MRP in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Global Sales Operations. In his day-to-day, Joe drives global sales performance by working with MRP’s Brand Management and Account Executive teams to improve sales culture and build operational efficiencies. He also leverages the company’s own market intelligence to improve the targeting and value in sales conversations.
Before joining MRP, Joe worked at IPC Systems, Inc., a financial technology solutions provider. In his 12+ years’ experience as CIO and 9+ years’ experience as Global Operations Executive, Joe has proven his ability to create a world-class customer experience. He has led teams of over 400 people across 30 countries and even has deep experience with IT strategy development and execution, making him a valuable asset to both the sales and IT efforts at MRP.
